01 General Terms & Conditions

93oko (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "93oko") is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These terms and conditions apply to users from Bangladesh and any other country who access the 93oko website or mobile app.

To use 93oko's services, you must comply with the following conditions:

KYC Verification

You are responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. 93oko accepts no liability for unauthorized access resulting from another person using your account.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

04 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a Welcome Bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, a minimum wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount must be met. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

General Bonus Rules

• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same person, device, or IP address is prohibited.
• Any bonus not used before its expiry date will be forfeited.

05 Gaming Rules & Fairness

• If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, that round will be declared void and the bet amount will be refunded.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the result saved on the game server will be considered final.

08 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

• Harassing or defrauding other users.

Upon account closure, any legitimate balance (excluding bonuses) may be refunded. However, if fraud is established, the entire balance will be forfeited.

09 Dispute Resolution

If an issue cannot be resolved through support, you may escalate your complaint to 93oko's licensing authority. Final decisions regarding game outcomes will be based on server logs.

10 Right to Amend Terms

93oko reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Registered users will be notified in advance of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
